1. Do you accept card payments?

A. Yes, all our vehicles are equipped with card machines to accept all major debit or credit card.

 

2. Do you provide baby seats or child booster seats?

At Res Transfers we don’t provide baby/child seats, but we can store your seats securely and bring back on your return journey.

 

3. Can you do multiple pick ups / drop offs?

A.Yes, we can provide a service that suits you and the other passengers.

 

4. Do you have isofix?

A. Yes, but please ask on your booking for a isofix vehicle.

 

5. How far in advance do I need to book my airport transfer?

A. It’s generally a good idea to book your airport transfer at least 1-2 months in advance to secure the best rates and availability. This is especially important during peak travel seasons or if you have specific requirements, such as a larger vehicle or additional services.

However, many services also allow for last-minute bookings, sometimes up to 24 hours before your departure. Just keep in mind that booking earlier can help you avoid higher prices and limited options.

6. What if the flight is delayed or early?

A. We track all flights and we adapt accordingly so there is always a driver at the airport to meet you.

 

7. What areas do you cover?

A. We cover all Wirral and surrounding areas.
